CNT-FED (Carbon Nanotubes Field Emission Device Technology)

CNT-FED is a vacuum type display device using Carbon Nanotubes as the electron source. Electrons emitted from the electron source hit the color phosphor to the emit light. Compared with other flat-panel technologies such as LCDs and plasma displays CNT-FEDs have long been known for their superior performance, including better display image thinner structure, low power consumption, wide viewing angle and operating temperature.

Because of these features and see-through characteristic, CNT-FEDs are suitable for advertisement application, such as public information display system, indoor message display systems and desktop scrolling display.
